I live for my dream
I created a very strict diet for myself to get down to 88 lbs. So here's how it goes:
Days I don't work: 190 calories
*1/2 serving of protein shake
*2 juiced oranges
*1 serving of green drink
Mix it all together and sip on it throughout the day. I can also drink hot tea and/or hot lemon water to help feel more full. And I will have 1 cup of coffee every morning.
Days I do work: 355-405 calories
*1 healthy choice entree
* protein shake/green drink mix
A cup of coffee in the morning. The healthy choice entree before work. And the shake either after work or after the gym. Also hot tea or lemon water to feel more full. Another rule is that I must go to the gym at least 5 days a week. Any kind of workout is better than none. I'll do whatever I have the energy for. I like a strict, routine diet to follow. I will definitely track my progress everyday. I will post pictures once I get down to 105lbs. I will be starting Monday. I like that its the beginning of the week. Oh and thank goodness my mom and I aren't doing that detox diet after all. That diet was too high in calories.
